At ELECTRO CASES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new case or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging to prevent damage and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
